All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy

By purchasing our coaching sessions, digital access, or you agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes non-usage of services, change of mind, inability to attend sessions, or claims of unauthorized purchase using prepaid/gift cards. All services are considered delivered and consumed upon purchase or booking confirmation.

 
 
 

Proof of Delivery & Service Use

We maintain secure records to serve as proof of delivery and usage, including:

  • IP address and device used during purchase

     
  • Timestamp of purchase and digital content access

     
  • Attendance logs or recordings of coaching sessions

     
  • Login activity for any member portals

     
  • Confirmation emails sent upon registration

     

These records will be provided to the payment processor in the event of a chargeback.

 

Gift Card Purchases (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

Purchases made with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express prepaid or gift cards are subject to the same terms. Any chargeback attempt after using our services will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to report such behavior to the card issuer, ban access to services, and pursue legal action if necessary.

 
 
 

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly at support@theshifthorizon.com within 24 hours of purchase to resolve your concerns professionally. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be seen as a violation of this policy and will be contested with full evidence.
